What is Nordic Zenith building?
An intelligent, battery-powered room thermostat that plans your heating and cooling around the weather forecast and electricity prices. It starts with air conditioners and heat pumps; underfloor heating, radiators and ventilation are designed to follow.
Can I buy it?
Not yet. The thermostat is in pilot testing in real homes. We won’t publish a price or a launch date until we’re confident in both.
When will it launch?
When pilot testing tells us it’s ready. A notification list for the launch is in preparation; until then, write to info@nordiczenith.com and we’ll keep you posted.
Will it work with my air conditioner or heat pump?
It is designed to control A/C and heat-pump units from 70+ brands via infrared or Wi-Fi. Compatibility is confirmed per model, not per brand, so we’ll publish a model-level checker before launch.
Does it need a cable or an electrician?
No. It’s 100% battery-powered and designed to be mounted by you — no cable up the wall, no installer.
Where does my data go?
The forecasting and price planning is designed to run on EU-hosted infrastructure, and the thermostat is designed to keep running locally if the internet drops. This website itself uses no cookies and no tracking.
Can I become a pilot home?
We’re always interested in homes and summer houses that would make a good test case. Write to info@nordiczenith.com with a few lines about your home and heating.
Who is behind Nordic Zenith?
Nordic Zenith ApS is an independent Danish company (CVR 46851633) based on Funen, founded by an engineer with a background in electronics, robotics and industrial automation. Hardware, firmware, cloud and app are designed together as one system.
